Read this first · Arrival
The Town Hall sits steps from Times Square, and there is no room to park at the venue. If your vehicle is not dropping and leaving, a parking permit is required.
Option 01 · Expedited permit
You can pull a permit yourself directly from the City of New York at parkingpermits.nyc.gov, but if you would rather not, Adam Weingrad at Winnick Productions can expedite one for you. Contact him as soon as your dates and vehicles are confirmed.
Option 02 · Garage parking
For vehicles that will sit for the day, book a space in advance at a Times Square garage instead of circling the block. SpotHero lists rates and availability within walking distance of the stage door.
Arrange garage parking on SpotHeroDropping and leaving? No permit is needed — load in off the alley on West 43rd Street, then move the vehicle. Anything staying longer needs a permit or a booked garage. Note that the venue has no shore power.

Amps, drums, keyboards and percussion are not part of the house package, so plan to bring your own or arrange a rental. We regularly work with Boulevard Carroll and are glad to recommend them for backline in the city.

Mix position
The FOH position sits in the orchestra with clear sightlines to the stage, giving your engineer the house mix, playback and show control in one place.
House start files for the front of house and monitor desks are available to download, so your engineer can load the room’s patch, outputs and system processing before you arrive.

Yes. Your draft autosaves in this browser so you can leave and come back. Attachments are the exception—add those in the final step before submitting. Most people finish in about 6–8 minutes.
Options range from an archival camera with board audio to multi-camera streaming or commercial multi-track capture. Select your expected needs and the team can refine the package.
